How it works

We start with a diagnostic stage to clarify the objectives for coaching. This may include a review of available material or comissioning additional psychometrics, interviews with colleagues, shadowing or a 360 survey.

Coaching is available in different formats:

  • Face-to-face sessions lastings 2 hours each with unlimited access by e-mail and phone in between sessions
  • Weekly half-hour telephone sessions with unlimited access by e-mail and phone in between sessions
  • Some combination of the above

In an instance where a manager wanted a direct report to be coached, a typical programme of 10 face-to-face sessions could look like this.
