RATE YOUR ENERGY LEVEL
In order to rate your current energy level, read the following
statements. Count those that apply to you, ignore
those that don’t and compare your total with the table
below. Answer quickly, don’t think about it – take the first
response that comes.
- Seeing my friends can seem a huge effort sometimes.
- I’m always rushing.
- I rarely stop for lunch.
- I wake up in the morning feeling tired.
- My ‘To Do’ list never gets much shorter.

- 6 to 15 You have eliminated some energy drains and have lots of potential for improvement.
- 16 or more You have many avoidable energy drains and have a huge potential to increase available energy.
